Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Tomako's paid digital plans, credits, and subscription access purchased through tomako.ai.

Key points
- Customers can cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal date.
- For a new paid subscription, contact support within 7 calendar days if the service does not meet expectations or a technical issue prevents access.

- Because Tomako delivers digital services, substantial use of credits, generations, exports, or workspace access may reduce or eliminate refund eligibility.
Cancellation
- You may cancel a subscription at any time through the available account or billing flow, or by contacting support@tomako.ai.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Access to paid features generally remains available until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date to avoid the next automatic charge.
Refund window for new purchases
If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription purchase, email support@tomako.ai within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase. Include the billing email, approximate payment time, plan name, charge amount, and reason for the request.
We review refund requests in good faith. Refunds are more likely when the product was not delivered, a technical issue prevented access, a duplicate payment occurred, the amount was incorrect, or the purchase was accidental and the paid service has not been substantially used.
Renewals, trials, promotions, and used credits
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after the renewal period begins, except where required by law or where there is a duplicate charge, billing error, unauthorized charge, or service delivery failure.
If a free trial, promotional offer, or discounted period is offered, the checkout or offer terms will describe when billing begins or renews. You are responsible for canceling before renewal if you do not want to continue.
Credits, generated outputs, exports, workspace access, saved files, or other metered digital usage may reduce or eliminate refund eligibility because the digital service has already been delivered.
No-refund situations
- Refunds are generally not available for ordinary renewal charges after the billing period begins.
- Refunds are generally not available for accounts suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, payment disputes, illegal use, or violations of the Terms of Service, except where required by law.
- Refunds are generally not available for dissatisfaction with AI output after substantial usage, because AI-assisted outputs vary and require human review.
Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges
Contact support@tomako.ai as soon as possible if you see a duplicate, incorrect, unauthorized, or suspicious charge. We may ask for the billing email, Stripe receipt, last four digits of the payment method, charge date, and amount so we can locate the transaction.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method when possible. Bank and card network processing times vary, and it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Any currency conversion, bank fee, or card-network timing is controlled by the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
